About PAX Insights

PAX Insights was launched in 2024: our mission is simple...to elevate the air travel customer experience.

PAX Insights is an aviation customer experience analytics and reporting platform. We are a team of aviation industry experts, with a passion for customer experience. As frequent flyers, we have visited hundreds of Airports, Lounges and Airport Hotels around the world. Between us, we have probably flown tens of millions of miles, on approximately 75+ Airlines. We like to think we know where the most common customer pain points are within the air travel experience, and our surveys have been written with this in mind. Whilst our surveys seek to identify problems affecting customer experience, they also look to establish solutions.

Our customer surveys have been written and created by aviation industry experts, with a combined 60+ years of experience in the air travel environment. Using standardised surveys, feedback is collected for key customer touchpoints.

We know that customer demands and expectations can vary depending on demographics! A one-size fits all approach to air travel customer feedback does not work.
