  • What period of data will be analysed?

    Our reports analyse 3 month blocks of customer survey data. We will analyse up to 3 years of customer survey data.

  • Does my organisation have to have a paid subscription to request a report?

    No! However, we recommend you sign up to a Free Plan or a Paid Plan before requesting a Report.


    Our Reports are based on customer survey data. Our free plan lets you create targeted surveys that you can then send out to your customers. The more completed surveys your organisation has receieved, the more insights our Reports will uncover.

  • How long do reports take to complete?

    Once payment for your Report has been confirmed, we will aim to have the completed report with you in 10 to 14 working days.

  • What is included in a report?

    Reports include insights on all survey metrics. They identify customer satisfaction scores for key metrics based on demographics, e.g country of residence, age, type of traveller etc. We also calculate customer satisfaction scores for key metrics based on survey criteria, e.g. date of travel, length of flight, cabin type etc. By analysing survey data, we can identify patterns in customer opinions and behaviours, and predict future trends.

  • What sections do reports include?

    Reports include the criteria section of the survey, as well as each section of the customer survey. For the Airline survey, sections include:
