We have included some frequently asked questions about our Airline + Lounge plans. If your question is not listed, please contact us.

  • What is the difference between a paid Airline + Lounge plan and a free Airline plan + free Lounge plan?

    The free Airline plan lets you create surveys, add users, access the PAX Insights Help Desk, target surveys, download branding assests, manage users and assign user roles. However, it does not give you access to the reports dashboard, where customer survey data can be viewed.


    The free Lounge plan lets you create surveys, add users, access the PAX Insights Help Desk, target surveys, download branding assests, manage users and assign user roles. However, it does not give you access to the reports dashboard, where customer survey data can be viewed.


    The paid Airline plan includes all of the features included in the free plan, as well as access to the reports dashboard for your Airline. However, it does not give you access to the reports dashboard for your Lounge/s.


    The paid Lounge plan includes all of the features included in the free plan, as well as access to the reports dashboard for your Lounge/s. However, it does not give you access to the reports dashboard for your Airline.


    The reports dashboard includes; advanced filter options, the option to export and download data as a CSV and/or an XLS, scores for period selected, daily average scores, 10+ key metrics, opinion mining,  sentiment analysis, key phrase extraction and key word analysis.


    The paid Airline + Lounge plan includes access to your Airlines reports dashboard (where customer survey data can be viewed), as well as access to your Lounge/s reports dashboard (where customer survey data can be viewed). The number of Lounges you can view customer survey data for depends on the type of Airline + Lounge plan you select. For further information, please visit the Airline + Lounge page.

  • Can I upgrade from a free to a paid subscription?

    Of course! To do this the Master Admin needs to login to their dashboard and click on the 'SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT' button. Next,  select the 'Plan Management' tab. First, 'Select  Plan', then 'Select Price'. You will then be taken to our STRIPE portal, where you will be asked for your payment information.


    Once completed, you will be asked to log out of your account. When you log back into your account, the 'Paid' features will be visible.

  • Can I downgrade from a paid to a free plan?

    Of course! To do this, the Master Admin simply needs to switch off 'Auto Renew' in the 'SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT' section of their dashboard.

  • What support do you provide?

    When you sign up to one of our free or paid plans, we will give you access to our Help Centre.


    This includes detailed instructions on how to use each of the PAX Insights features.


    You can also submit a 'support request' via our Help Centre. Our support centre is monitored between 09:00 and 17:00 GMT (+1 for BST).
